PINEAPPLE , TURMERIC &GINGER LEMONADE



INGREDIENTS


  • 2 cups fresh pineapple diced

  • ¼ cup ginger

  • 1 tsp. turmeric

  • ½ lemon

  • 2 cups elderberry

DIRECTIONS


  1. Place 16 oz. of water in the blender

  2. Add 2 cups Pineapple

  3. Add ¼ cup ginger

  4. Blend for 3-5 mins

  5. Add 1tsp turmeric

  6. Add lemon juice and blend


Variation


Replace pineapple with elderberry and follow the steps

above
